I、Product Introduction

This equipment is a horizontal high-temperature carbonization furnace, which is mainly used for carbonization of polyimide films, carbon/carbon composites, graphite felt, carbon fiber, graphite materials and products at medium and low temperatures. The equipment consists of a furnace body, heating system, charging and discharging system, vacuum system, electrical control system, water cooling system, transformer, and connecting cables.

II、Product Features

1. The equipment uses high-purity graphite as the heating element and is arranged around to ensure the stability of the temperature field. High purity graphite has high purity and no volatilization, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the furnace chamber.

2. The vacuum system consists of a slide valve pump, a pneumatic high vacuum baffle valve, an inflation valve, a vent valve, a vacuum pressure gauge, etc., which can achieve rapid vacuum pumping.

3.The filtering device is installed between the vacuum pump and the furnace body to protect the vacuum pump.

4.The equipment adopts metal corrugated pipes to reduce vibration.
