I、Product Introduction
This equipment is mainly applicable to high-temperature sintering of cemented carbide materials, high-temperature treatment of battery negative electrode materials, high-temperature treatment of graphite powder, sintering of high thermal conductive films, carbonization of carbon fibers, graphitization treatment, high-temperature sintering of contact materials, precision ceramics, high-temperature components, high-temperature sintering of powder metallurgy materials, tungsten carbide and other products, and sintering of other materials that can be used in carbon environment.
II、Product Features
1. Can be used under high temperature, short-term use temperature up to 3000 ℃, long-term use temperature 2600 ~ 2800 ℃;
2. The double-layer SUS304 furnace body structure, with cooling water in the middle, effectively reduces the surface temperature of the furnace body, reduces high-temperature damage and reduces the impact on the environment;
3. The furnace body has good sealing performance, full sealing structure, with vacuum pumping system and inert gas replacement system, which protects the purity of gas in the furnace;
4. Energy saving and power saving: electromagnetic induction heating method is adopted to directly heat the graphite boat, with high thermal efficiency and energy saving and power saving (depending on the heating process curve);
5. The heating speed is fast and the production cycle is short. There is a slight difference depending on the volume of the working area, and the smaller the faster;
6. Special infrared temperature measurement technology is adopted, and PID segmented program is used to control the temperature rise curve, with accurate temperature control and small error;
7. High safety, with air pressure, water pressure and high temperature alarm, and equipped with over-pressure vent device;
8. This equipment accepts non-standard customization.
