I、Equipment Introduction
This equipment is a carbon nanotube tube furnace, mainly used for the production of carbon nanotubes.
II、Equipment advantages
1. The vacuum system consists of a pump unit and a valve vacuum pipeline. The pump unit adopts a mechanical pump, and the valve uses a valve brand.
2. It is possible to achieve the required vacuum level for use in a relatively short period of time (no more than 30 minutes).
3. The water cooling system provides temperature controlled coolant for multiple parts such as the furnace body, electrodes, and rubber rings through two separate channels of water supply and outlet, ensuring the safety of the equipment.
4. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer structure as a whole, with an S-shaped rib plate welded in the middle to extend the water path and strengthen the water cooling function.
