I、Equipment introduction

This equipment is an externally heated vacuum resistance furnace. After pre vacuuming, a protective atmosphere is filled to heat treat the material. This heating furnace is composed of components such as the furnace body, furnace cover, lifting system, heating elements, vacuum system, protective gas system, exhaust system, water cooling system, and electrical control system.

II、Equipment advantages

1. The equipment is equipped with voltage stabilization control, with a pressure control range of 0.102-0.105MPa.

2. Protective gas system: The mass flow meter can be displayed on the touch screen. Equipped with an automatic gas supply system controlled by a mass flow controller that can introduce protective gas.

3. The layout of all gas pipeline fittings is reasonable, and the valves and MFCs are placed under the operating platform.

4. The equipment furnace shell is welded from profile steel and steel plates. The furnace shell is lined with lightweight refractory materials to ensure the heating and cooling requirements of the electric furnace.
