I、Product Introduction
It is mainly applicable to the crucible drop (rotation) process growth of solid single crystal materials such as alkali metal salts, fluorides, oxides and halides, and can operate under controllable local pressure conditions such as vacuum, atmosphere or inert gas.

1. The double-layer furnace body structure canreduce the surface temperature of the furnace body effectively , reduce high-temperature damage and the impact on the environment;
2. Using advanced thermal insulation materials and structures are adopted, with low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect, energy saving and stable temperature field;
3. There are many optional heating elements, such as iron chromium aluminum resistance wire, graphite, induction coil, etc., which can be selected according to the process temperature;
4. Suitable crystal growth atmosphere can be selected according to different growth processes;
5. Diversified vacuum system configuration, and different levels of vacuum are selected according to the process;
6. Adopting highly reliable welded bellows and magnetic fluid for dynamic sealing;
7. Use grating scale to record displacement, thermocouple or infrared instrument to monitor temperature;
8. It can touch the human-machine interface and set and record the displacement, temperature, vacuum degree, etc;
9. The types are diversified, vertical upper discharging, vertical side door opening or bell type structures can be selected;
10. This product accepts non-standard customization.
