Model 1200 tubular furnace uses resistance wire as heating element, adopts double-layer shell structure and intelligent program temperature control system, controlled by silicon controlled, with high temperature control accuracy; The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which effectively reduces the surface temperature of the furnace shell; Combined with our standard vacuum and gas mixing system, it can pump vacuum and pass atmosphere; The furnace cover can be opened to reduce temperature rapidly, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
II、Product Features
1. The furnace cover can be opened, the heated materials can be observed in real time, and the temperature can be rapidly reduced or increased to meet the experimental needs of sudden cooling and heating of materials.
2. The furnace adopts imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no foreign balls, high purity, and obvious energy saving effect better than domestic fiber materials.
3. The heating element adopts high resistance and high-quality alloy wire, which is durable and can reach 1200 ℃.
4. Quick interfaces for vacuum and gas circuits are reserved, which can be used with our vacuum and gas mixing systems.
5. A 485 conversion interface is reserved, which can be connected with the computer through our company's special software, and can realize the functions of remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and output report of single or multiple electric furnaces.
6. When the upper cover is opened, the power is automatically cut off, the over temperature alarm is given and the power is cut off, and the leakage protection is provided. The operation is safe and reliable.
