I、Product Introduction
The vacuum induction melting furnace is a complete set of equipment that uses the principle of medium frequency induction heating under vacuum conditions to make the conductor in the alternating magnetic field, which generate induction potential under the action of electromagnetic induction and form induction current (eddy current) in the conductor. The induction current overcomes the resistance of the conductor itself to generate heat, and uses this heat to heat up the conductor itself to make it temperature rise and melt, so as to achieve various thermal processing purposes. It is widely used in the research and production of nickel based and its special steel, precision alloy, neodymium iron boron, dysprosium metal, active metal, high temperature alloy, hydrogen storage material, magnetic material, non-ferrous metal and its alloy by scientific research and production units.
II、Product Features
1. The furnace body structure is double-layer SUS304 adopted with cooling water in the middle to effectively reduce the surface temperature of the furnace body, protect the sealing elements, reduce high-temperature damage and reduce the environment impact ;
2. IGBT medium frequency power supply is adopted, with high power efficiency, up to 95%, saving 10-20% more power than thyristor powered supply, without filter cabinet, and small impact on power grid. 25% power margin is reserved for main electrical components to improve equipment stability;
3. It is equipped with a secondary alloy feeder, which is suitable for a variety of formulas and can complete the feeding without stopping the furnace;
4. Pluggable thermocouples are provided to measure and control the temperature of molten liquid when necessary;
5. Sampling device can be set to sample and test products in real time during smelting;
6. Observation window is provided, which makes operation and maintenance more convenience;
7. Diversified vacuum system configuration, select different vacuum levels according to the process, and reduce the cost;
8. Humanized control, which can realize multiple choices of manual operation and intelligent operation;
9. Diversified types, vertical upper discharge, vertical lower discharge, horizontal automatic discharge, etc., optional;
10. This product accepts non-standard customization.
