I、Product Introduction
This equipment is a horizontal double door high-temperature vacuum furnace, which is mainly used for high-temperature reaction and collection of silicon monoxide, and also has the function of high-temperature atmosphere furnace. The equipment is composed of furnace body, furnace door locking device, heating unit, charging and venting unit, vacuum unit, control unit, water cooling unit, transformer and connecting cable.
II、Product Features
1. Various forms, including horizontal and vertical structures; There are many kinds of discharging forms, such as side door discharging, lower lifting discharging, and so on. The reasonable structure makes removing material and discharging more convenient and efficient;
2. Adopt high-quality and high-purity graphite heater for multi zone heating, with high heating temperature and stable heating;
3. High vacuum diffusion unit, roots pump unit, slide valve pump unit and other vacuum systems are optional, with high vacuum degree;
4. It is equipped with a charging and discharging system, which can quickly complete the replacement of the internal environment of the chamber in combination with the vacuum system. The customized vacuum / atmosphere environment ensures that the heating element works in a better environment and completes the sample sintering better;
5. Humanized configuration, which can realize multiple choices of manual operation and intelligent operation;
6. One furnace can be used multi-purpose and as a simple vacuum sintering furnace or an atmosphere sintering furnace;
7. Multiple visual system and safety interlock system, which can protect the normal operation of the equipment in real time;
8. This product accepts non-standard customization.
